GET OUT YOUR SWORDS & ARMOR AND GET READY TO FIGHT FOR YOUR FAITH AT THIS SUMMER’S DIOCESE OF BAKER SUMMER CAMPS!   The theme for this Summer’s Camps is Armor Yourself: Fight for Faith.  We are using Hebrews 4:12 & Ephesians 6:10-17 for our inspiration.  This means we will use the Word of God as our weapon of choice in battle.  So make sure you come prepared by learning your Souls In Jeopardy flash cards. Besides the talks printed on the other side, the Camps will be presented with lots of activities and FUN!  This summer we will have a renaissance theme with lords and ladies and knights and jesters, so start putting together your costume now. This year’s Camps will get us into Sacred Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.  We will learn where in the Bible the seven Sacraments come from.  Yes, like last summer we will have the famous Ye Olde Camp Tournament.  Plus, this year we have added the “Souls In Jeopardy” Game Show.  There will be a Renascence Dinner & Ball.  A special Musical Ensemble is being brought in to help us with our Ballroom Dancing.  (Don’t worry . . . when it comes to dancing I was born with two left feet . . . and I still have a good time!)  And like last year we will again welcome Religious Sisters to all our Camps.  So I look forward to seeing you IN ARMOR this summer FIGHTING FOR FAITH.
